Finally... I have winners! I'm so sorry for the delay. The holidays and illnesses knocked me out for part of the month. I slept through December 26th and 27th! I appreciate your patience and support and thanks for helping me try some new things with this contest. The form seemed to work really well and there was a positive response from the users.
