Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, chocolate in one hand, martini in the other, totally worn out and screaming,
"WOO HOO, what a ride!"

Mailbox Monday

Mailbox Monday (started at The Printed Page and now a traveling meme) is at Mrs. Q Book Addict this month and is the gathering place for readers to share the books that came into their house last week (checked out library books don’t count, eBooks & audio books do). Warning: Mailbox Monday can lead to envy, toppling TBR piles and humongous wish lists.
I've missed a week or two of Mailbox Monday and I'm a bit behind today but I still got some goodies! What came to your house last week?

  1. Lots of great books from all over!

  2. Busy week for you, BC! The Help is a wonderful book. Hope you enjoy all your new reads and have a safe and fun 4th. No ER visits are allowed! :)

    1. I was a week or two behind! I LOVED The Help but when I saw a copy for only 50c I had to get it because I'm sure I can find someone who will want to read it.

I agree with no ER visits! :) Happy 4th!

  3. Nice selection of books. Enjoy them all.

  4. I just got City of Bones too! Been meaning to try the series, so that price is too good to pass up.

Hope you like The Help better than I did.

Thanks for visiting and leaving a comment. I hope you keep coming back!
