My daughter-in-law took this photo early one recent morning. She said my son has complained their bed was too small but she didn't think it was much of a problem. After looking at her own photo she now knows why. When the kids join them they all gravitate to one side of the bed, and it isn't hers! Isn't it cute? I kind of miss this... but I don't really. I loved doing it with my kids but then I was ready to move on to a full night of rest with lots of room. It's my son's turn to be the parent. I can snuggle with the grand-kiddos whenever I want and still have my bed to myself.

ReplyDeleteI miss snuggling my dad!
Here is my Saturday
Snapshot post!
It does look cozy doesn't it? Nap time snuggling is more to my liking now days. :)
ReplyDeleteI remember the days! This picture sure brings back the memories.
ReplyDeleteThat is very sweet!
ReplyDeleteAwww, how sweet. As old as I am now I can still remember cuddling with my dad in their big old bed. Those are great memories.
ReplyDeletelol. At least their kids sleep parallel to them. My daughter likes to sleep perpendicular so one of us gets a head shoved into our back or head and the other gets the feet pushing us out of bed.
ReplyDeleteFor the longest time I stressed out about Gage only napping in our bed and needing to be there for his two hour nap, but in the last month I've decided just to enjoy the snuggle time since it won't last forever.
ReplyDeleteSo, so cute.
