Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, chocolate in one hand, martini in the other, totally worn out and screaming,
"WOO HOO, what a ride!"

I've been working for weeks on a photo book for my niece who just graduated high school. It was such a fun project but it took so much time. Now I can get back to my reading and posting reviews that just need a few finishing touches. I have a few other goodies coming up too.

We always have time for the grandkiddos, of course, and last weekend they were here playing in the yard, swimming in their little pool and helping Grandpa with his haircut. Great time for photos!

Monkey Boy & The Princess help Grandpa
When The Princess was told she missed a spot she said "Are you trying to get rid of ALL your hair??"
Monkey Boy was on the clean up crew and yes, he is naked!

  1. Grandpa was brave to let them shave his head!

    1. It wasn't all that brave since he doesn't have much hair anyway and he buzzes his head with the clippers every two weeks. They just got to help this time! :)

  2. LOL! I love the pic of Monkey Boy! Nothing makes smile/laugh more than when Gage runs happily through the house naked before we can get a diaper/pull-up on him. We just started potty training. Ugh!

    1. Monkey Boy just learned how to take his diaper off and is thrilled with his new talent! It is so funny to watch little kids enjoy being naked. My boys were always running around without their clothes!

Good luck with the potty training. It's easier now than in the cold winter months!

  3. Too cute! This reminds me how badly TBG needs to get a trim. The "barbershop" (ha ha, our garage) is so hot in the summer but that's where I cut his hair.

    1. Sounds like a great excuse not to give haircuts! Give TBG a ponytail for the summer! :D

What a fun time with your grandkids.

    THANKS for sharing.
