Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, chocolate in one hand, martini in the other, totally worn out and screaming,
"WOO HOO, what a ride!"

Mailbox Monday

Mailbox Monday (started at The Printed Page and now a traveling meme) is at Martha’s Bookshelf this month and is the gathering place for readers to share the books that came into their house last week (checked out library books don’t count, eBooks & audio books do). Warning: Mailbox Monday can lead to envy, toppling TBR piles and humongous wish lists.
I'm a little late this week but I have a good excuse. I was enjoying the sunshine and playing with my baby grandson. It doesn't get much better than that! I hope your week is off to a great start as well.

  1. I'm not familiar with these, but hoping there are good reads for you.

  2. The Goodbye Quilt is so good, but it'll make you cry!

  3. I want to read The Home Fires are Burning My Feet. It sounds like my kind of read!

Thanks for visiting and leaving a comment. I hope you keep coming back!
