Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, chocolate in one hand, martini in the other, totally worn out and screaming,
"WOO HOO, what a ride!"

Saturday Snapshot

Two years ago (October, 2011) our family took an amazing trip that my hubby won to Universal Resort in Orlando. Yes, people really do win these things! I wrote a post about it and included some photos in a previous Saturday Snapshot. I hope you don't mind if I share a few more of my favorites here today. These are mostly touristy spots along the City Walk.

    Me either and I couldn't imagine what it would be like but it was amazing! I wish I could live at that pool! :D

    Right! If we ever get to Florida with the kids we are definitely staying at that resort with that beach pool :-)

      It was wonderful!! There are three hotels there and this was the one I was hoping we would get. Just the hotel was an adventure!

      I revisit the photos and my memories often! We don't really take vacations and never could have afforded this trip on our own. It was amazing and I'm so thankful we got to do it!

    Looks like you had a great time! I don't remember all of these spots but we haven't been there for a number of years now and we spend most of our time on the rides. :-)
